What is the 1 Off Event plan?
A one-off purchase that gives you one active event slot and 1 GB of storage for one month. Perfect for a single event without a recurring commitment.
What is an active event?
An active event is a live upload configuration contributors can submit files to. Your plan limits how many can run simultaneously.
What counts toward storage?
All files submitted through Fluba Hub to your organisation's events. Storage is shared across all events in your account.
Can I add more storage on the Premium plan?
Yes. Premium subscribers can purchase +2 GB storage add-ons for NZ$10/month each, stacking as many units as needed.
What happens when my 1 Off Event plan expires?
After one month the subscription ends automatically. Your event data is retained, but new uploads will be blocked until you purchase another plan.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
New uploads are blocked. You'll receive a warning before hitting the limit. Purchase a storage add-on or upgrade to make room.
Can I cancel the Premium subscription?
Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access until the period ends.
How does billing work?
All billing is handled via Stripe. Update your payment method, view invoices, and manage your subscription from your portal billing page.
