How do I access a Fluba product?

Sign in to Fluba Cloud, then create or join your organization. Purchase a plan from Pricing, then activate your conference when you are ready to start the access window.

How do I activate my Stage View license?

Find your license key in Portal → Licenses. Open Stage View, go to Settings → License, paste the key, and click Activate. Each key supports a set number of simultaneous devices.

Can I add team members to my organization?

Yes. In Portal → Team, org owners and admins can invite team members by email and assign a role that controls what they can access.

What roles are available for team members?

Owner (full control), Admin (manage members & settings), Billing (billing only), Product (use products & submit tickets), Download (download releases), Support (tickets only).

Where do I find my invoices?

Go to Portal → Billing. Your Stripe invoice history is available there. You can also download individual PDFs. Need help with a specific invoice? Open a support ticket.

What happens when I reach my storage quota on Fluba Hub?

New presenter uploads will be blocked once your org hits its quota. Contact support or upgrade your plan from Portal → Billing to increase your limit.

How do I switch between organizations?

Use the organization switcher in the portal sidebar. If you belong to multiple orgs, you can switch context at any time and all portal data will update automatically.

I forgot my password — what do I do?

On the login page, click 'Forgot password?' and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
